Japan Taiheiyo Cement Co.,Ltd. Vietnam Nghi Son 6000t/d Cement Production Line EPC project

Vietnam Nghison Cement Corporation was established by Japan Taiheiyo Cement, Japan Mitsubishi Material and Vietnam Cement. This project was located in Nghison development zone of ThanhHoa Province in Vietnam, 218 KM south to capital city Ha Noi. This plant has an existing production line of 5800t/d, annual production capacity is 2.1 million tons of cement, it was constructed by Japan Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial. In 2007, Nghison Cement planned to build a new cement production line of 5800t/d, opened international bidding; Nanjing Kisen won this 5800t/d cement production line extension project by its technical advantage and project manage experience. The Contract including: project design, equipment supply, steel and equipment erection and technical service, etc.

 This project used anthracite from Vietnam as fuel, offline fluidization calciner was adopted in burning system, preheater was six-stage as 4-2-2-2-1-1, fifth stage and sixth stage are overlap fluid, outlet temperature at C1 was lower than 300℃.

 Project duration was 28 months, all test targets were achieved the contract requirements, now the clinker production capacity is over 6100t/d, cement quality was the best in Vietnam, and the project selling price is higher than other brand.

 Meanwhile, replanning the raw material treatment system,combined the new line with existing line, easy to production and management.

 Main equipment of this project were manufactured by China, with high quality and low price, saved the investment of the Owner.

 Main equipment and facilities are as follows:

 (1)   Clay crusher, production capacity: 190t/d

 (2)   Ф95 limestone round homogenizing yard, storage quantity is 50,000 tons, stacker capacity is 1300t/h, reclaimer capacity is 1000t/h.

 (3)   Clay reclaimer, capacity: 200t/h.

 (4)   Coal homogenizing yard, storage quantity is 1,1000 tons, stacker capacity is 520t/h, reclaimer capacity is 110t/h;

 (5)   Raw mill used roller vertical mill, capacity is 400t/h, and raw meal silo used two Ф18m silos with storage capacity of 2x9000 t.

 (6)   Burning system used double-series five-stage preheater and fluidization calciner, φ5.2×82m rotary kiln and stage grate cooler.

 (7)   Clinker silo used one Ф27.4m silo with storage quantity of 30,000 tons of clinker and one Ф12.4m secondary clinker silo with storage quantity of 2000 tons.

 (8)   Cement mill used four φ4.2×13.5m ball mills with high efficiency separator system, specific surface area of cement >3600cm2/kg, system production capacity is 85t/h.

 (9)   Cement silo used one Ф22m silo with storage quantity of 20,000t.

 (10)  Burning system used anthracite as fuel, coal mill used one roller vertical mill, production capacity is 40t/h, production fineness <5% of 90μsieve.

 (11)  Packing system used three 8-nozzle rotary packing machines, each of them had capacity of 100t/h, three truck loaders were adopted with them.

 Automation control system used DCS system; all plants can be operated and monitored in CCR.
